About Jacq Moon

Jacq Moon – is founded by creative artist Jacq (she/they), a proud queer graphic designer and illustrator.

 

Jacq's interest in visual storytelling, equity and inclusion is realised through their design solutions. Being a queer designer, for Jacq, is as much a way of creating, as it is an identity.

Designing from the margins, Jacq is able to centre the untold stories, make visible the invisible and disrupt the stayed and usual. Their ability to treat the everyday as both curious and complex leaves the viewer provoked and engaged.

 

Jacq's lived experience and vision for a better world draws them to work with organisations that are brave, thought leaders and change makers. They work with a small team of other creatives that share a similar vision to bring ideas to life.

 

Jacq believes in the power of communication through design to create equity through access – knowing that design can flip the script, smooth a path and warm a heart.
