Switchboard Victoria is an LGBTIQ+ organisation that supports the LGBTIQ+ community in Victoria through a phone counselling service, an LGBTI elder visiting program and a suicide prevention program.

Every year Switchboard Victoria produces an Annual Report for key stakeholders to understand where the major funding has been used, and how the organisation is progressing.

Working with Switchboard, Jacq created an annual report that was warm and engaging for the LGBTIQ+ community and funding partners to celebrate the organisation's achievements for the the year.
