During 2020 Melbourne (Australia) experienced significant lockdown restrictions to stop the spread of the virus COVID-19. With so many communications coming out around the new rules - Switchboard Victoria understood that they needed to produce a campaign that was clear and easy to understand for the LGBTIQ+ community.
Jacq worked with Switchboard during the height of the pandemic in 2020 to create visual communications that were clear and positive. The motivation behind this campaign was to lift the anxiety that everyone was feeling, and to create social media images that were easy to understand and share with others.
The response to the social media campaign was overwhelming, and it created a sense of trust from the LGBTIQ+ community to look to Switchboard for support and leadership in a very stressful time.
