In 2021, after 18 months of COVID-19 impacting the global community, Switchboard's Queer, Trans, Intersex and/or People of Colour program was funded to run a series of skill building workshops to help build self confidence and connection within the Victorian LGBTIQ+ community.
After a year of lockdown during COVID-19, these series of were an important opportunity to support a marginalised section of the community impacted by racism in 2020. Workshops ranged from peer building to resume writing with an emphasis on bringing people together.
