Basically, it's an extra set of hands to help you get through the design to-do list. Instead of spending hours on Canva or hiring someone for one project and then starting from scratch again next time you need something, you pay a flat monthly fee and get ongoing access to design support.
Think of it like having a designer on speed dial who already knows your brand, your vibe, and what you're trying to do — so there's no re-explaining everything every single time. It keeps design within your budget, without having to hire an in-house design team.
How It Works
You sign up for a set monthly rate and send through design requests whenever they pop up. Everything runs through a simple queue, so you always know what's happening and what's coming up next.

The catch-up retainer

Businesses or organisations who need regular updates of existing files.
Need additional Canva templates
Social media templates, web banners, blog graphics or e-newsletters.

Option to purchase additional hours at the special retainer value rate.

The growth retainer
12 HOURS PER MONTH

Businesses and organisations who:
Have a new brand or have just finished with a brand refresh and need help rolling out or updating the new branding elements across all the various touch points.
Need multiple changes made to existing designs.
Need more complex/long-form designs created e.g. PowerPoint presentations, brochures, menus etc.
Need regular social media posts designed (based on content and copy supplied by client).

The retainer process
How it works
The retainer begins at the start of every month. At the end of every month the hours reset.
You send through the requests in a detailed brief - including any images and copy to include. Smaller briefs will need 48 hours notice, (the ones that will take up to 3 hours to complete). Larger briefs that take longer than 3 hours will need 4 days notice to schedule in. I’ll confirm delivery timeline.
You’ll be notified once your monthly hours have been used up, giving you a chance to purchase more hours or wait until the next month.
The retainer packages cannot be used for brand identity or custom illustration work. These are are seperate services that can be quoted.
