VICTORIAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION

LGBTIQA+ Inclusive Workplaces

Illustration and Social Media Assets

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission have produced a guideline and series of fact sheets for employers and employees to know their rights when it comes to LGBTIQA+ discrimination in the workplace.

The guideline is an essential tool with practical information and actions to help employers comply with their legal duty to eliminate discrimination against LGBTIQA+ employees under the Equal Opportunity Act.

To help with the launch, they commissioned Jacq Moon to create a series of illustrations and designed digital assets that connect with the LGBTIQA+ community through a softer, less corporate design approach. Jacq produced a set of illustrations, social media tiles and easy to edit canva animations for the Commission.
