VICTORIAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION

Change of Suppression laws

Illustration for Animation

In 2023 the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission created a series of animations for Tik Tok and Instagram to help young people find information and support friends to know their rights when it comes to conversion practices.

I worked closely with VEOHRC and Crosswalk media to create a series of different animations that approached different circumstances where a young person might be challenged by being LGBTIQA+ in a school or home setting.

The result of the campaign saw an unexpected increase in traffic to the help seeking information on the Switchboard Victoria people of faith page.
